Child Safety Policy

Oyla is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for any content that exploits or endangers minors.

1. Age Requirement

Oyla is not intended for children under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. Users between 13 and 18 are encouraged to use the App with parental awareness and guidance.

2. No Collection of Children's Data

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems.

3. Content Standards

The following content is strictly prohibited on Oyla:

Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
Content that depicts or promotes violence against children
Content that facilitates contact with minors for inappropriate purposes
Bullying, harassment, or intimidation targeting minors
Any content that violates child protection laws

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide multiple ways to report content or behavior that may endanger children:

In-App Reporting: Every poll and comment has a "Report" option. Select the appropriate reason to flag harmful content.
Email: Contact us directly at support@oylavote.com with details of the concern.

All reports involving child safety are treated with the highest priority and reviewed promptly.

5. Enforcement

When we identify content or behavior that violates this policy, we will:

Remove the offending content immediately
Suspend or permanently ban the responsible account
Report the incident to relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

6. Parental Guidance

We encourage parents and guardians to:

Monitor their children's app usage and online activity
Discuss online safety and responsible digital behavior
Contact us if they have concerns about their child's use of the App
