By using the Oyla application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oyla, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Oyla. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account

You sign in to Oyla using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, including polls, options, comments, and images. By posting content, you grant Oyla a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the App.

You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Contains hate speech, discrimination, or violence
Is sexually explicit or pornographic
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains spam, fraud, or misleading information
Targets or exploits minors in any way

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
Attempting to manipulate votes or poll results
Impersonating other users or entities
Circumventing security measures or access restrictions
Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice. Users can report inappropriate content through the App's reporting feature. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Oyla name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oyla is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oyla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Oyla at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
